Kayaking Programs
Everyone loves kayaking! It's easy to learn, a great way to get exercise and it's eco-friendly with zero emmissions! Each program includes a brief introductory lesson that covers the basic strokes and how to use your entire body in order to conserve energy and maximize performance. Each guest can set their own pace while enjoying some of the most beautiful natural places in the Berkshires.
Below, you will find some information about where we go, what to bring, and how to get there. Please visit our Our schedule and pricing page for information about the times and pricing of our programs.
What to bring
If you are joining us for a kayaking program, it is important for you to be prepared. Please dress appropriately for the weather. On hot days, you may want to have a bathing suit for some swimming. On cold days, dress in layers so you will be warm enough. You will also need to be prepared for the sun. Bring a hat, sun glasses, and sun screen. It is also a good idea to bring a water bottle. Sandles are recomended for warm weather but going barefoot is acceptable as well.
