Climbing Programs

Climbing is a fun and challenging way to get exercise and test your own limits. Using ropes and harnesses, our programs offer participants the chance to climb high into the air. We build and service ropes courses, climbing towers, and climbing walls for schools camps, and conference centers throughout the Northeast (learn more). We have now opened our home courses to the public. We hope you will visit us and enjoy a climbing adventure of your own.

Climbing Tower

our climbing tower

Our 40 foot climbing tower is located in downtown Pittsfield. It has three sides. The fist side is a vertical climbing wall which can accommodate two climbers at time. Using hand and foot holds, they make their way to the top. The second side is a Vertical Playpen in which two climbers are challenged to help each other get up a series of ropes, tires, and beams. The third side is a Rappel Station which allows participants to control their own descent from the platform on top of the tower.

Our climbing tower programs are by appointment only. People of all ages are welcome. Please see our schedule page for pricing and booking information.

High Ropes Course

the eastover high ropes course

Our high ropes course is located at Eastover, a conference center in Lenox, MA. The High Ropes Course consists of a series of physical challenges between trees and ends with a Zip Line ride to get down. These challenges are are lined up in a circuit, so you go from one element, to the next. We also have a Giant's Ladder (pictured at left) that challenges two climbers to ascend 60 feet into the trees.

Our Ropes Course programs are by appointment only. Recommended for ages 7 and up. Please see our schedule page for pricing and booking information

What to bring

If you are planning a climbing adventure, there a few things it is important to bring. A pair of supportive shoes is the most important, anything with laces should be fine. We don't suggest climbing in sandals. Also, dress for the weather. We recommend dressing in layers so that you can be comfortable in a range of temperatures. If there is rain in the forecast, bring a rain coat.
